Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a central location with the best cafés and shops right on the doorstep. The rooms, while a bit dark and facing a brick wall, are cozy but could benefit from better ventilation. The service is attentive and helpful overall, though there were issues with the billing. The dining options are satisfactory, with varied choices available, and the facilities are convenient for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were stylish and nicely decorated but lacked practicality with a see-through glass door to the toilet and a damp patch on the ceiling. They were nice and very clean though slightly on the small side. The service was helpful, and the staff were friendly and responsive, quickly addressing any issues that arose. The location was superb, situated in a pedestrian area of the old town near the river with a lovely terrace to enjoy a welcome wine. However, I felt that there could be better value for money elsewhere. The dining experience was good, but nothing exceptional, the hotel had a nice restaurant, and there were bread toasts available till 11 am. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms, although small, were well-maintained. However, the misleading room size, unpleasant bathroom windows, limited breakfast, and lack of extra services after 8:00 pm were disappointing. On the bright side, the central location makes exploring Ljubljana convenient.
The hotel tried to prioritize style over practicality, resulting in rooms lacking space for suitcases and towels. The rooms had a strange smell and were smaller than expected based on misleading online pictures. Some drawbacks included unpleasant bathroom windows and the lack of nearby parking. On the positive side, the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, with friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel had a perfect location in the heart of the old city, providing easy access to all the best cafés and shops in Ljubljana. The room was small and lacked suitable ventilation, making it uncomfortably hot even with the heating off. The staff were responsive and friendly, but when it came to addressing room issues, there was a lack of interest in improvement.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of everything, tastefully decked out with live music nights, but there are noise issues outside and small rooms with limited privacy in the bathroom. Friendly service is available for special requests.
The hotel is in a prime location right by the river promenade, offering a lovely setting. The rooms are stylish and nicely decorated, but some practical improvements are needed. The service was friendly and helpful, although responsiveness to room issues could be better. The dining options were good with a variety of choices. A renovation and attention to detail are required for optimal guest comfort.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though quiet and comfortable, had a disgusting smell and weren't suitable for children. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating but lacked in cleanliness. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Old Town, although the pool being booked for a wedding was disappointing. The dining options were nice but not very varied.
